At Beaches Bike Co, we want you to love it. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do what we can to make you happy.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included, undamaged and in saleable condition
You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping is at your cost — we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for return shipments
⚠️ Before you return it, make sure you get confirmation from us. Again, we can't take responsibility for unapproved shipments.Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, less any shipping costs after being received, inspected and confirmed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@beachesbike.co within 7 days.
We’ll usually ask for photos and details, and then:
Offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund
Cover the cost of return shipping where we’re at fault - we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for return shipments

Further Conditions & Discretion for all Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that:
Falls outside the return window
Is returned in unsaleable condition
Is missing packaging or components, or is damaged
If Your Return is Rejected
Rejected returns will be held for you to collect for up to 30 days.
Unclaimed returns after this time will be considered abandoned, and may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
