At Beaches Bike Co, we make it easy to get your new gear fast!

 

Free Metro Shipping

  • Free standard metro delivery on all orders $99 and over.

  • For orders under $99, choose:

    • Standard Post: $9 flat rate (metro only)

    • Express Post: $14 flat rate (metro only)

  • Outside metro areas? Get in touch and we'll quote you.

⚠️ Bulky, Heavy or Oversized Items:

Some larger items (like bikes and some crates, baskets, locks and helmets etc.) may incur a bulky, heavy or oversize item surcharge depending on weight, size, and/or delivery location.

If this applies, we’ll contact you after purchase to arrange the best option.

 

Free Local Drop-Off on the Northern Beaches

  • Live near us? If you’re within 5km of our Cromer showroom, we’ll personally drop off your order for free.
  • This is typically within 2-4 days, and of course, only if someone is home to take delivery
  • Just select Local Drop-Off at checkout, and make sure you include a contact phone number and some details.

⚠️  If you appoint someone to receive a drop-off on your behalf, they will need ID and a note, call or email from you authorising it. We can't take responsibility for orders or items received by someone you appoint.

 

Free Store Pick-up Options

  • Cromer Showroom – Pickup during our business hours (see Contact Us page).

  • Manly Markets Concept Store – Weekend pickups at our Manly Markets store available with 24hrs advance notice.

  • We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Dispatch & Lead Times

  • Orders for in-stock products are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. For pre-order or backorder products, we will be in touch with expected times.
  • We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order ships, and of course, if there are any delays at our end.
Note: Once your parcel is with the carrier, we no longer control delivery times — but we’ll always help if anything goes wrong.
